The state-of-the-art Learning Center features a double-ended driving range with grass and mat hitting areas on each end, one 16,000 square foot putting green, a practice facility including bunkers and three practice chipping greens, and two practice holes.
The Callaway Golf Performance Center utilizes a highly sophisticated computer system that incorporates high-speed cameras with sound equipment to capture swing data to provide optimum club specifications for an individual’s golf swing. Measurements include club head and ball speed, launch angle, side angle measurements, backspin and trajectory shape, sidespin measurements, swing tempo, attack angle measurements, lie angle, launch condition, impact efficiency, and trajectory results. A complete inventory of Callaway clubs is available for purchase at the Performance Center.
Golfers can apply their newly found knowledge from the Learning Center and the Callaway Golf Performance Center on the challenging par 32 nine-hole Academy Course at Neshanic Valley that plays from 1,420 yards to 2,019 yards. The course offers three tees on each hole, with five par four holes and four par threes.
The Driving Range Closes Every Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. and reopens on Wednesday Morning Between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m.

Fred Glass is the Head Golf Professional of Neshanic Valley Golf Course in Branchburg, New Jersey. He is also the Director of Instruction for the Somerset County Park Commission in Somerset County, New Jersey. He has held this position since March 2004. Prior to this position, Fred was the First Assistant Golf Professional at Raritan Valley Country Club (RVCC) in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Fred started his professional golf career at RVCC in 1995. Fred has extensive experience teaching players of all levels and ages, in both a group environment and through individual instruction. Throughout his career, Fred has also organized and executed numerous golf tournaments and outings for varied companies and organizations. Fred attended Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration in 1995. While attending Flagler, he was named the Most Valuable Player for the golf team his senior year.

Golf Instruction
Neshanic Valley is a world class golf course, but also a great place to learn the game. The Learning Center at Neshanic Valley has all the tools to develop a golfer from scratch and take them all the way to scratch.
Utilizing the short game area, grass practice tee, 10,000 sq foot putting green and 2 practice holes, the professional staff at Neshanic Valley can help golfers with any aspect of their game. During the winter months, instruction moved indoors to utilize different technologies to help the golfer keep their game in top shape.
Individual and group lessons are available with our fully certified PGA and USGTF professional staff. . Group lessons vary in cost.

Adult Group Education
| Adult Group Education Classes are an inexpensive way for players to learn the game or improve upon their game with similar level players through group instruction. The Ladies Academy
| The Ladies Academy offers weekly instruction and organized play for ladies 18 years of age and older. Classes are available Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday from 11am – 12pm at a rate of $20 per student |

THE ACADEMY COURSE
Neshanic Valley Golf Course presents both novice through experienced players with a unique opportunity to improve their game on the 9-hole Academy Course. Tees and fairways are a mix of bluegrass and fescue, and greens are Penncross creeping bentgrass. The Executive-style layout offers a challenging par 32 track that plays 1,420 yards, 1,712 yards, and 2,019 yards, with three tees on each hole.
With five par fours and four par threes, 19 sand traps, and a water hazard that can come into play on three holes, the Academy Course provides a similar experience to a regulation course.
Golfers will be able to use every club in their bag, the longest hole measuring 323 yards. The layout is perfect for work on mid-iron approach shots, with five holes having driving distance exceeding 199 yards. The par three holes measure from 63 yards to 166 yards, providing a perfect opportunity to work on the short game.
The Academy Course is perfect for walking, and is well suited for a quick round. Electric golf carts are available.
SUMMER SPECIAL: Junior Golfers 17& under – $ 12.00 green fee 7 days a week (No carts unless you pay the adult greens fee).
Custom Club Fitting
The ultimate in custom club fitting… Play better golf with a better fit! Regardless of your skill level, every golfer will dial-in their equipment with a custom fitting at our Callaway Performance Center (CPC) at Neshanic Valley.
Callaway trained using launch monitors to analyze various clubs to fit each individual golfer. Have your specs tailored to your unique abilities and test them outside on our grass practice tee! We offer PING fitting equipment and will have Titleist wedges and woods coming in 2022!

INDOOR GOLF SIMULATOR
An HD Golf simulator is now available at the Neshanic Valley Golf Course Learning Center. The High Definition Golf™ simulator sets the standard for indoor golf accuracy and realism. Revolutionary image processing software combines high resolution digital images, satellite data, and geophysical data into 3D models of golf courses.
Representations look real and are completely accurate everywhere on the course with every tree, bunker and hazard reproduced exactly. Additionally, the simulator provides comprehensive and precise shot analysis including ball speed, club speed, launch angle, club face angle, ball spin and spin axis at high accuracy. Among the courses available at the Learning Center are: Pebble Beach®, St, Andrews®, Pinehurst®, Kiawah Island®, Spyglass®, Doral®, Harbourtown®, Troon North®, Bethpage Black®, Banff Springs® and many others.
The simulator is available for indoor play year round, daily from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M (Monday-Sunday). Golfers are asked to wear casual attire and no spikes. Fee is $50.00 per hour weekdays and $60 per hour weekends. Fees are computed based on the number of hours booked divided by the number of players.
